Terms and Conditions for Perth is OK! Newsletter Signup Competition

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the competition.

Prize: The winner will receive a 2-night stay in Crown Perth’s Premier Club View Suite (March 14 check-in 14, March 16 check-out, 2025) with Crystal Club Lounge access and Valet Parking (RRP: $4350). Date is fixed and non-negotiable. Winner will be required to provide a refundable deposit at check-in via credit card. Any discretionary purchases at the property are not included in the prize and must be paid for by the winner. Please read the FAQ’s for Crown Perth. The following T&C’s apply in relation to the stay.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries during the Entry Period. The draw will be conducted using a cloud-based third-party random draw system at Perth is OK, Level 1/16 Milligan St, Perth WA 6000.

Notification: The winner will be contacted via email on the week commencing Monday, January 13. They must respond to the email notification by 12pm (AWST) 7 days after the date of notification to claim the prize.

Marketing Communications: By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Perth is OK!.

Verification and Disqualification: Perth is OK! reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity, age, and the validity of the entry. Entrants may be disqualified if they submit entries not in accordance with the terms or if they tamper with the entry process or use multiple aliases.

Prize Redemption: The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, and no refund will be available. The winner is solely responsible for any additional expenses not included in the prize.

Public Announcement: The winner may be announced in one of Perth is OK!’s mailouts.

Responsibility: Perth is OK! is not responsible for incorrect details provided by the winner, and any right to the prize may be forfeited if such details are incorrect.
