TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter of 10 Days of Giveaways Perth Is OK x RAC Arena Competition (Competition) is Perth Is OK and ASM Global (Perth Arena) Pty Ltd agent for Western Australian Sports Centre Trust trading as RAC Arena (ABN 47 894 197 015) of 700 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000 (the Promoter).
Information on how to enter this Competition and the prizes available form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents. One entry per person. Entrants under 18 years of age must have prior parent or guardian consent to enter. If the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. The Promoter may require any such entrant’s parent or legal guardian to sign a release at the Promoter’s discretion in which the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the winner. Failure to agree to the release, if required, will invalidate the winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.
The Competition begins on Tuesday 1st November 2022 at 5pm (AWST) and ends on Friday 11th November 2022 at 3pm (AWST) (Competition Period).
Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period.
Competition entry: via Competition post on Perth is OK and RAC Arena Instagram profiles. Participants must like post, follow both pages and tag a friend in the comments of the post.
The Competition draw will take place at Perth Is OK, Perth WA on at 3pm each day of the competition (AWST) and winners will be notified no later than 48 hours after announcement. The prize winners (Winner) will be selected at random, and contacted by email using the contact details provided in their entry. The Competition judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this Competition is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
1 entry will be deemed as the Winner per day between 1st November 2022 to 10th November 2022
In the event of a dispute of identity of a drawn Winner, the Winner will be deemed to be the person named on the entry selected at random.
The Winners will be awarded the prize as follows: See below for details of each days prize.
The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize (e.g. transport costs; food costs). These are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
This prize is not transferable or exchangeable (for cash value or otherwise) and in the event that for any reason whatsoever, any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (with reference to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations) with another prize of the same or equal value.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries. Further, the Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion require that the Winner provide photographic identification or some other acceptable form identification or proof of age before awarding the prize.
The Winner will be notified via Instagram message of the prize they have won and how the prize will be delivered. In the event that the Winner is unable to be contacted within 2 days of the date of the prize draw, using all reasonable methods of communication, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner from the entries originally received.
If necessary, the Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw, on Tuesday 15th November at 3pm AWST to distribute the prize if unclaimed and still valid.
The Winner shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release the Promoter and its affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Competition or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof, save where due to the negligence of the Promoter or its affiliates, partners and employees.
The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost, or misdirected entries. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any failure or inability to take up the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries
The Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state/ territory rules and regulations) to cancel, postpone or reschedule the Competition.
All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes, subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants who do not want their personal information used for the above purposes, or who want to gain access to or correct their personal information should contact the Promoter. The name and address of the Winner will be used by RAC Arena for fulfilment of the prize.
By entering the Competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email communications regarding the Competition, and other email communications which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in. Entrants may opt-out at any time by unsubscribing through the link provided in the relevant communications.
The prize is subject to availability.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.

PRIZE T&Cs

Day 1 – Limited edition RAC Arena x Oli Clothing t-shirt

Winner will be emailed and will be advised of size options.

Day 2 – Food and beverage voucher for RAC Arena

Voucher is only valid to use at RAC Arena food and beverage outlets and cannot be used for merchandise.
Winner will specify which event they will redeem voucher and it will only be valid for that event.
All funds must be redeemed during the event. If full amount is not redeemed, no change will be given.
Voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Please give voucher to RAC Arena staff at the time of redemption.
Redemption may be refused if the voucher is defaced or damaged.

Day 3 – Annual tennis court hire pass (12 sessions)

Valid for 12 sessions through the 2023 calendar year.
Sessions not valid during annual tennis tournament.

Use of The Backcourt (Tennis Court) is at your own risk.
RAC Arena will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss or damage in any capacity.
Appropriate clothing and non-marking shoes (white soled shoes preferred) are to be worn at all times.
Food, alcohol, cigarettes, pets, glass, roller blades, skate boards, bicycles and chairs are not permitted on the Tennis Court.
Slam balls, kettlebells, steel plates, dumbbells and other heavy items that may damage the court’s surface are not permitted. Skipping ropes, pilates balls, yoga mats and other similar items are permitted.
The user will not abuse the net or court surface. If a hirer causes any damage to RAC Arena property they must make good on the damage.
Security cameras are in operation, hirers acknowledge that they may be filmed.
RAC Arena retains the right to request people that do not abide by the above to leave the premises immediately and without recompense.

Day 4 – Double pass for Jimmy Carr or Russell Peters + two Q Jump passes

Winner’s choice of Jimmy Carr (13th March 2023) or Russell Peters (14th March 2023).
Prize cannot be substituted for another event.
Q JUMP passes entitle holder to a complimentary drink per pass and fast access at entry A, as well as participating merchandise and food & drink outlets located on level 1.

Day 5 – EV Kona 48 hour drive experience thanks to Hyundai

Driver of vehicle must have a valid WA Drivers Licence.
Pick up and drop off vehicle from : 782 Marshall Road, MALAGA WA 6090.
Pick up would be a Friday afternoon and the drop off would be a Monday morning.

Day 6 – Little Creatures vouchers and brewery tour thanks to Lion

This voucher is valid for 36 months after the day of issue and is not exchangeable for cash.
