PiOK! – Exclusive Escapes March 2023 Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Exclusive Escapes, Unit 3 216 Naturaliste Terrace Dunsborough, Western Australia 6281, Australia
2. Entry is open to all entrants who sign up to the Exclusive Escapes mailing list between 22 March and 5 April 2023.
3. Employees and immediate family members of the promoter and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
4. To enter the competition, participants must sign up to the Exclusive Escapes mailing list within the stated period and provide their contact details as required.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person.
6. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will be deemed invalid.
7. The competition will be drawn at random on 6 April 2023.
8. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw date.
9. The total prize pool is one AUD$1,000 voucher for use with an Exclusive Escapes holiday stay booking, valid for 12 months from time of issuance, and one $470 UnWind Tours voucher valid for use until November 2024.
10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By entering this game of chance, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter may modify or cancel the game of chance at any time without prior notice.
