We love to hit up our favourite restaurants, bars and pubs for a feed – but what about when the wallet is a bit tighter?

We’re all feeling the cozzie livs pressure, so we’ve compiled a list of just a few of our favourite nightly specials around Perth, from steak and parmi nights to pasta and vino specials.

MONDAY

  • The Royal, Perth – The French Dip for $22. Slow roasted beef roll, Swiss cheese, horseradish mayo, beef dipping sauce, crispy potatoes.
  • Johnny Fox’s, Northbridge – Steak night: 250g Grass Fed Harvey Beef Rump with your choice of chips and salad or mash and veg plus your choice of sauce for $25.
  • The Station, South Perth – Mussel Mondays: 800g mussels in the Station’s signature chilli sauce, with toasted bread for $25 from 5PM.
  • Besk, West Leederville – Rangers Valley steak frites, tarragon and mustard sauce and a walnut salad for $30. Select a bottle from the shop and you’ll score free corkage.
  • JB O’Reilly’s, West Leederville – Traditional roast with all the trimmings and a pint of tap beer or cider for $25.
  • The Oxford Hotel, Leederville – Cop a chicken parmi for an almost-too-crazy-to-be-true $18, while pizzas are even better at $15 all day.
  • BrewDog, West Perth – 2-for-1 for pizzas all day.
  • Subi Hotel, Subiaco – Any pub classic meal plus a pint of Swan or house wine for $25.
  • The Claremont Hotel, Claremont – 2-for-1 pizzas.
  • The Local Hotel, Fremantle – Your choice of beef, chicken, fish or haloumi burger, plus fries and a pint of beer for $25.
  • The Wray Hotel, Fremantle – Rump steak, chips and salad for $18. Upgrade to mash and roast veg for $4.
  • The Breakwater, Hillarys – Half price pizzas available all day on the Upper and Lower Deck.
  • Bar Rogue, Highgate – Pasta special with a wine, $30.

TUESDAY

  • The Royal, Perth – Burger & beer for $25. The Royale with Cheese plus a selected schooner.
  • Picabar, Northbridge – Steak sandwich and chips with a pint for $30 (everyday) and $5 Coopers schooners.
  • Edward & Ida’s, Northbridge – Ultimate parmi & pint for $30. Juicy, cornflake crusted schnitty topped with smoked tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and a crown of crisp mortadella, served with curried fries and a pint of Beerfarm IPL. $10 pints of Beerfarm IPL all night.
  • The Station, South Perth – Steak frites Tuesdays: fillet steak with rustic fries and café de Paris butter, $25 from 5PM.
  • La Madonna Nera, Mt Hawthorn- Pasta & Vino for $30. Two different pastas and a white, orange or red wine on the boards every week (vegetarian and gluten free option always).
  • Subi Hotel, Subiaco – 250g porterhouse steak with salad and chips for $25.
  • Rosemount Hotel, North Perth – $16 pizzas all day, plus $16 jugs.
  • The Civic Hotel, Inglewood- $20 schnitties, served with chips and salad.
  • St Brigid, Doubleview – Cheeseburger Choosedays with chips and a boozy bev for $30.

  • Johnny Fox’s, Northbridge – Parmageddon: choose from six different parmis for $22.

  • The Woodbridge Hotel, Guildford – $15 pie & pint deal, featuring hearty pies bursting with flavour alongside perfectly paired pints from 5pm. $6 pints of Guinness from 6PM.

WEDNESDAY

  • Tiny’s, Perth – Roast of the week with sides and a glass of matched wine, $30.
  • The Royal, Perth – Steak night for $30. 300g scotch fillet, chips, gravy & mixed leaf salad.
  • Johnny Fox’s, Northbridge – Chicken, beef or plant-based burger for $14, add chips for $7.
  • Si Paradiso, Highgate – All pizzas $15 from 5PM, plus $12 negronis, $10 Aperol spritzes, $8 wines and $6 lagers.
  • The Garden, Leederville – Pass the Pasta – all pastas $20.
  • Edward & Ida’s, Northbridge – Handmade pie & pint for $30. Hunker down with any of our hearty, handmade pies and a pint of Beerfarm IPL. (Choose from Beef & Guinness, Potato & Raclette or Curried Scallop.) $10 tinnies of Tennent’s all night.
  • Mayfair Lane, West Perth – Mumford’s lunch specials, $20 lunches all week, including Wednesday’s chicken schnitzel, mash, seasonal vegetables & gravy.
  • Back Bar at Hylin, West Leederville – $12 parmis from 4:30PM. Vegetarian option available, no takeaways, only available with a drink purchase.
  • Subi Hotel, Subiaco – Your choice of five parmis, served with chips and salad for $23.
  • Rosemount Hotel, North Perth – $18 parmis all day.
  • The Raffles, Applecross – 1/2 price pizzas – the menu includes Margherita, Pepperoni, Gamberi, Hawaiian, Mushroom & Artichoke, and Fennel Sausage & Potato. $10 select cocktails are on to help wash down the pizza.
  • The Quarter Acre Hotel, Applecross – Get a free beer or wine with your steak sanga ($30).

  • Bertie, Bassendean – Hump Day Special at the moment is a $25 schnitty with fries and salad – choose either chicken or vego (eggplant).
  • Bar Rogue, Highgate – Rotating chef’s cut of WA prime beef with your choice of condiments, chips, salad and a glass of red, $40.

THURSDAY

  • The Royal, Perth – Oh Schnitz for $26. Free-range half chicken, golden crumb, royal mash, pan gravy, lemon.
  • Molly’s, Highgate – Sirloin steak with chips & choice of sauce, $20.
  • Tommy Tacos, Highgate – Wednesdays and Thursdays Tommys offers their meal for 1 taco plates: 2x birria tacos, consomme, esquites, corn chips, guac and 2x fried chicken… all for $22!
  • The Old Synagogue, Fremantle – Steak Night at The Arbor: 250g charcoal grilled steak, served with chips, fresh salad + sauce of your choice, $18 from 5PM.
  • Mayfair Lane, West Perth – Sizzling 250g sirloin, crispy chips and crackin’ red wine jus, topped off with any pint of your fancy or glass of wine from Mayfair’s Tipples for $35.
  • Back Bar at Hylin, West Leederville – Your choice of American cheeseburger, buttermilk chicken burger, falafel burger plus chips for $12 from 4:30PM. No takeaways, only available with a drink purchase.
  • The Elford, Mt Lawley – $1 wings (minimum 5), plus $15 jugs of Swan Draught.

FRIDAY

  • Edward & Ida’s, Northbridge – Seasonal pastie & pint for $20 (lunch only). From 12PM-4PM, dig into a deliciously frugal Worker’s Lunch of handmade pasties. Seasonal fillings wrapped in bacon-fat pastry, washed down with a pint of Beerfarm IPL.
  • The Royal, Perth – Fish pie for $22. Local fish pie with potato, mixed herbs, capers, puff pastry, salad.
  • Back Bar at Hylin, West Leederville – Steak sandwich for $12 from 4:30PM. Vegetarian option available, no takeaways, only available with a drink purchase.
  • The Wray Hotel, Fremantle – Shank God It’s Friday! Lamb shank for $24, upgrade to a lamb shank pie for $5.
