Below you’ll find a bunch of fun things to do, or perhaps a cool gift or two for Father’s Day on Sunday 1 September, 2024.
Princi Butchers Tomahawk + Wine from Old Bridge Cellars
This year socks are out and giant tomahawk steaks are in, with Old Bridge Cellars teaming up with the legendary Princi Butchers in Freo. Tickets to a show at RAC Arena
We know how life is… If you’re flat stick just trying to survive the day to day grind, we may have a solution for your last minute Father’s Day gift hustle: RAC Arena’s upcoming schedule is jam-packed with international music stars, along with the return of the Red Army for the Wildcats next season. If Stories ain’t dad’s vibe, perhaps one of hospo group Nokturnl’s other lovely venues is? Down in Freo you can head to Tonic & Ginger at The Old Synagogue for their Father’s Day Premium Feed Me Menu; Lotus at The Beaufort also has a Premium Feed Me option; and finally Ludo at The Station in South Perth is hosting a very special Ludo Fête des Pères Premium Feed Me. The first two are $89pp, while the Ludo’s is $99pp.

Taste a tipple or two at Terrarium this Father’s Day (OK, this one’s actually the day before…) with a special-edition Whiskey Masterclass. Speaking of pubs, we recently we did the hard yakka to find some of WA’s best country pubs, and while a few of them might be a bit too far away, there’s plenty of gems definitely within driving distance.
